Does applying guarantee I'll receive a product?
No — and we want to be clear about that upfront. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Match decisions are made by our brand partners based on their current needs and available slots. Your application stays active for future cycles even if there is no immediate match.
How often will I receive products?
It varies depending on your profile, interest categories, and what partner brands have open at the time. Some testers are matched within days; others may wait longer. We cannot guarantee a specific schedule or frequency.
Where does my personal information go?
Your information is shared with the brand partner only when you are matched to a specific test. A small set of service providers (email delivery, hosting, fraud prevention) assist us and are bound by strict data-use agreements. We do not sell personal data to marketers. How do I leave the panel?
Send an email to privacy@startastester.com with the subject line "Remove Me." We will delete your record within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe via the link in any email we send you.
